I didn’t write these they are GREAT.  You need to go check out Dr. Elana Michelson’s work.  Her lapbooks are on the Biblical Feast.  I can’t say enough about the ones I have (2 so far and I just ordered 2 more)  I will be getting all that she has written as fast as I can afford them.

It has been on my heart to study about the Feasts that the Bible commands.  Not just do them but really study the meaning behind them.  THIS is a great set of lapbooks to bring even the youngest children into that study.  SO you all know what our new year of homeschooling will be!

You can find her work at http://www.currclick.com/index.php?manufacturers_id=163

OR better yet go to her blog http://naasehvenilmad.blogspot.com/ there she has the lapbooks at a discount.

She has a group now

Christmas idea for girls

By Sher at 3:05 am on | No comments
I wanted to share with you what I got for my 8 yo.  She has a Life of Faith doll.  She wanted a outfit for her and the doll to match.  THE prices our outrages!!!  I mean we were looking at outfits from $50 to $125 for her.  PLUS another $25 to $75 for the doll’s.  I couldn’t think of it.  The lower price items were just plan and not much to them.  She really wanted the ones that were only $100 and only $55 UGH!  Not in the budget this or any year.

We wanted to get her something so I went about planning an outfit I could make for both.  Then my husband found on ebay a great place.

http://stores.ebay.com/annloren  her prices are GREAT!

No these are NOT the historical outfits . . . that wasn’t what my daughter wanted.  But they were the matching outfits for girl and doll.
